East Mordecai Clean Up Day- Saturday, October 9

East Mordecai neighbors, please take advantage of this great opportunity to get rid of junk! Please have items at the curb by 7:00am on Saturday, October 9, 2010. Once your street has been serviced, it will not be covered agin on that day. A knuckle boom loader may be necessary so do not place your items under low hanging tree branches or low overhead power lines.

*Note: Oakdale and Mordecai proper will have a separate cleanup day on October 23. Same rules apply:

Items that WILL BE picked up:

• air conditioners
• sinks and bathroom fixtures
• clothes
• washers, dryers, and dishwashers
• furniture
• mattresses and box springs
• televisions
• water heaters
• wood scraps
• other ready to discard items

Items that WILL NOT be picked up:

• NO car engine parts or batteries
• NO hazardous materials
• NO dirt, rocks, or building materials
• NO liquids (paint, gas, or gas thinners)
• NO tires
• NO stumps
• NO logs or limbs larger than 6" in diameter or 6' in length
• NO computers
