Welcome residents and the MCAC Community! We are excited about the September Meeting. We have taken the summer off from the regular schedule and are ready to get back to the monthly meetings this fall. The agenda is full of CAC business, meeting new businesses owners and having the personal opportunity to listen and ask questions to City staff members. Have you read the September newsletter??

Food Lion (Raleigh Blvd) - Ronneil Robinson is the new manager at Food Lion and has done a lot to turn the store around. Ronneil also spearheaded the very successful "East Raleigh Community Day" last month. He is a great addition to our neighborhood! Map

The City of Raleigh has revamped its development code in the form of a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). Do you have questions about new zoning and development codes? A staff member will be at the meeting to present new information
and answer your questions.
City Inspections Department, Housing Environmental Division (5 mins)
Terry Jones, and Dudley Winslow from the City Inspections Department, Housing Environmental Division. They will provide updates on progress made on derelict houses, review the dept's services and answer your questions.
