Person/Blount Street Corridor Study Kick-off Meeting - - Monday, October 22 at 6:30pm AIA Headquarters Building

For our Fall Partnership Meeting #7, we are inviting all Person Street businesses, property owners, and stake holders to join us at the corridor study kick-off meeting. If you have ever wanted to give "unbridled" input about the traffic and streetscape problems on Person and Blount Streets and Wake Forest Road, this will be your best opportunity! Thanks to the 2011 bond referendum, $250,000 was earmarked for this study to hire outside consultants to conduct the study. AECOM out of Atlanta was awarded the contract. Several stakeholders have already met with members of their team to give them an overview of the challenges on Person Street and clue them in on our own particular issues. Please mark your calender and plan to attend this very important meeting.

If for some reason you are not able to attend next Monday's meeting, the consultants from AECOM will be in town for a few days and could possibly meet with a group of Partnership members during the daytime to discuss any concerns we might have.

See official flyer.
